They are high in fiber and low in calories which ultimately helps us stay full for a long period of time.
How many calories does 1 medium apple have? 95!
Furthermore, in one medium apple, it contains 4.4 grams of fiber!
Now, a full medium apple does contain 25 grams of carbs.
Therefore, if you do not want to eat that many carbs from apples, you can simply have half an apple.
