Deciding to train with Pardeep was one of the best decisions I've ever made.
I've known him for over 10 years, and he's been my trainer for the majority of that time. He was always willing to tailor my workouts to my changing goals or based on my availability. There are no doubts about his deep knowledge or attention to detail when it comes to working out - he has taught me how to truly listen to my body and gave me the skills and confidence to continue my fitness journey independently after I moved from Surrey.
But what truly sets him apart is the mindset he teaches. I remember him focusing on celebrating the consistency of showing up and doing the work, not just the subjective feeling of how a session went - this is a lesson I continue to carry with me.
Even outside of our sessions, he has been and continues to be a great friend. You'll come to him for help with reps and sets, but you'll leave with a lifelong friend who is invested in both your fitness and your personal growth. That is the true impact of working with him.
Pardeep is an exceptional personal trainer who truly goes above and beyond. Pardeep is an incredible trainer, but beyond that, he’s an even better human being. Pardeep completely transformed my relationship with exercise, and I’m grateful I get to learn so much from him. Not only is he great company, but he is also very knowledgeable about human anatomy and lifting weights- and everything in between- and it really shows in his incredible results. His ability to break information down into simple, understandable concepts and processes set him apart as a trainer and human being. He is a rare individual who is incredibly talented, smart, and kind. He has made a lasting impact on my life and I could not recommend him enough.
Pardeep is an amazing and knowledgeable coach who has his client’s best interest at heart. Prior to meeting Pardeep, I never had correct form nor understood basic weight lifting principals. Pardeep takes the time to educate and oversee that you are correctly performing your workout to prevent injury and to understand the “mind to muscle” connection.
Pardeep has also been instrumental in educating me on my metabolism and overall gut health. We have been reverse dieting to get my metabolism and calories back on track. My body feels great and I have developed a healthier relationship with food.
I’ve seen amazing results training with Pardeep and I often joke that I’m now starting to feel muscles I’ve never felt in my life! I’m putting on muscle, lifting heavier and seeing my body change for the better.

My experience with Pardeep has been remarkable. The training has a wide spectrum of workout routines targeting every individual body type. Whether the goal is to put on muscle, lose fat, or tone, all the workout sessions target to meet the client’s needs. I have noticed a big difference in my body, eating habits, and form since training with Pardeep. Once my form was perfected, I had no problem going to the gym and using the weights all on my own as well. It’s not a “get fit quick” fix, it's altering your body to be in its finest form which will last a long time. So far I have enjoyed training with Pardeep, he is full of positivity and is always pushing me to do better.
Before training with Pardeep, I was quite inactive. I would buy numerous gym memberships hoping to live an active lifestyle, but I never fully committed. When I did go to the gym I really didn’t know what I was doing and saw little to no progress in myself. After hearing about Pardeep I decided to take a chance and sign up. At first, I was a bit intimidated and didn’t know what to expect. Pardeep assessed my needs and developed a workout regime based on my goals. He taught me proper form and made me push my limits. Waking up sore following a session gave me a sense of accomplishment. Since I started training with Pardeep, I have improved my posture, strength, and overall appearance, and my years of back pain has gotten better as well. Pardeep is a great support system and always encourages me to make healthier choices. As grilling the training sessions can be, I always look forward to my next one
Before training with Pardeep, I worked out on my own but never succeeded in obtaining the results I wanted. I often found myself going to the gym but never knowing what to do or where to start. Pardeep worked with me to design a program that focused on achieving the results I wanted but also to challenge me. I remember starting my training by being able to only do 20lb dumbbell squats to now being able to squat 145, showcasing my improvement in strength training.
In only 10 months, I have consistently been seeing amazing results that I never thought were achievable. Weight has never been a concern for me, but I still always lacked self-confidence and was insecure in the way I looked. Since my training, not only have improved physically and am more comfortable with my body, but I also have improved emotionally. I now feel much more confident and have more self-esteem than I ever did.
I would recommend him to everyone, and in fact, I have referred many clients who constantly text me with how happy they are since training. Thank you Pardeep for helping me achieve more than just the goals I came in with.
For me, it's how people talk about their trainer. That's what got me hooked to Pardeep. From day one he's been the most honest and kind human. He has inspired me to be myself. To love my body at the stage it's at while I am working towards my goals. He has made me understand the beauty of presence and the moments we live. He was where I found comfort and love for my body again. Thanks to him, today I am trained well enough to understand the value of what our body holds for us.
It's not very often you meet someone who genuinely impacts how you perceive and experience life. But Pardeep has this special ability to positively affect everyone around him. When I was training with Pardeep in high school, he was so attentive both physically in training me to lift weights in a way I had never been able to before, and on a personal level, on days when I came in with high energy, his was already there to match it. On days when I wasn't as enthused, he had a way of completely turning it around and suddenly I was walking out after my workout in the best mood. This was huge at the time as I had never really met someone with the same outlook on life that he has. It was and still is so refreshing to be around. I feel so refreshed and rejuvenated each time I see him.
You really notice how well attuned he is with those around him in his training in his training style. He is so aware of each of his clients needs on an individual level. And it is portrayal of how personable he is. Training aside, his excitement and pride for every person who steps foot in his gym is unbelievable. I am so glad that even after leaving Surrey for school, I have someone like him to have the most inspiring conversations with. Pardeep is not only someone you want as a trainer, but as a friend. And I am sure I can confidently speak on behalf of everyone, his impact is nothing short of incredible.
Coach Pardeep, is a good mentor and instructor of mine who helped me in building muscles and strengthening my mind. His way to teach clients movements with his vast experience according to their needs is really inspiring. I would recommend new comers to get enrolled and work towards their goal with pardeep and get benefit from his experience.
If you're looking for the best... Well you have found him. Pardeep has the knowledge, understanding, patience, experience and overall the ability to motivate and educate. He truly cares and believes in your success at what ever your fitness goals may be. I started with Pardeep a little over a year ago at a very low point in my life when it came to fitness. I never thought I would be able to build the strength that I have in the past year and didn't think I would ever be able to walk into a gym and lift weights by myself again. Now a year later I feel the strongest I ever have and have built confidence to do my own work outs as well in a public gym. He took the time to understand my lifestyle and helped me understand how we all have our own unique journey. He truly brings out the best in you and helps you push the boundaries.
Started with Pardeep a couple of years ago to rehab a shoulder injury which was easily handled through his detailed workouts and stretches. He puts a lot of effort into understanding his client’s needs and meets them where they’re at - no gimmicks or crazy diets, just a holistic approach that gets efficient results. He’s patient, genuine, and motivates you to be the best version of yourself. Also has one of the smoothest jumpers I’ve ever seen. Can’t recommend him enough for anybody that wants to push the boundaries of what they’re capable of.
I have been training with Coach PB for about 10 years and my experience has been nothing short of a positive one. He takes the time to understand the wants/needs of his clients when it comes to physical ability, weight goals, and lifestyle habits.
