As I began doing research on this topic, my initial thoughts were there cannot be too many great low-calorie Tim Horton’s drink can there?

Matter of fact, I was wrong, there are plenty!

That is if you get a small size that is.

Going with the smaller size will help you with consuming minimal calories and still enjoying some of your favorite drinks.

However, do not forget to account for it in your calorie budget because remember every small drink and little bite you take does add up!
