Last Words

So much is made of whether having fast food when looking to lose body fat is even an option.

But, as apart of an overall healthy diet, why can’t it be?

If 80-90 percent of the time you are eating nutritious foods and not overeating, what is wrong with still having some of your favorite foods and eating according to your goal?

There is nothing wrong with that.

Matter of fact, cookie-cutter diet plans are the ones that truly fail.

Anyone who suppresses cravings and doesn’t enjoy themselves in moderation is bound to binge.

This behavior is what makes losing body fat and keeping it off so hard because this idea and concept of one extreme or the other has rarely worked.

This is why I am here to tell you you can enjoy yourself in moderation. Do not go overboard and you won’t have any issues in terms of staying on track.

Taking pit stops is okay.

And in terms of losing weight, all you have to be is a negative energy balance aka a calorie deficit.

I wrote a full article on what a calorie deficit is and you can check it out by clicking here.

Furthermore, I mention protein a lot in this article. You can check out the important role protein plays in fat loss by clicking here.

Having said all this, you can definitely enjoy some great Wendy’s low-calorie options without it affecting your goals!
