When I train clients, one of the best ways to show how far they have come is to show them before and after pictures.
Before & After pictures are great because you can literally see how big of a difference there has been made.
Below are some of the before & afters of some of the clients that I have trained with a bit of a story.
Marissa Mcmillan Lost 15.75 Inches in 12 weeks
When you start training clients the main thing you want to see is are they consistent. Consistency really is the key when it comes to achieving your fat loss goals, or any goal really.
Marissa consistently showed up and ate in a calorie deficit. By eating in a calorie deficit she was able to blast away body fat (as you can see above,) fairly well.
Every training session that she came in for was all about her training with proper form and doing a bit more every time.
By increasing the challenge level of each session by a bit she able to see results for a prolonged period!
Noor Sandhu went from 198lbs to 158lbs in 6 months!
Each individual responds differently when it comes to losing weight.
Some of you will start seeing results instantly whereas for others it takes a while.
For Noor, it was the latter.
In the first 3 months of her training, she was struggling losing weight.
However, the reason was that she was struggling was because she was significantly under-eating and she needed to reverse diet to speed her metabolism up.

By slowly increasing her calories, the weight started to drop faster than a rainstorm and she eventually lost 40lbs!
Therefore, it is important to be patient on your fat loss journey because at any moment it can start to happen for you!
Amritpal Ughra Lost Over 50lbs in 6 Months
Amritpal did not miss a single session and that ultimately led to him losing an enormous amount of weight.
He would come in 3-4x a week and follow his calorie and macros to the T.
By doing that he lost over 50lbs and 30 inches.
He completely transformed his body!
Again, if you want to see changes with your body, consistency and adherence is a top priority.
Tamara Pidduck Lost Over 25 Inches in 6 Months
Tam Pid as I like to call her makes the best cookies and it’s not even close.
Okay anyways, she was getting ready for her wedding and she decided to train with me about 6-7 months prior. That was a great amount of time for her to lose body fat in a healthy way.
She not only lost over 25 inches but as you can see from the photo above, she use to wear the belt so far out!
This is why it is vital to use all the measuring tools to see how you are progressing in your fat loss journey.

Last Words
Ultimately, everyone can see results, but it truly is a matter of if you are consistent or not.
Time after time when you see clients get amazing results, there is always one underlying factor, they are patient in understanding that it is a journey.
No amount of wanting to speed up the process makes any difference.
For this reason, it is vital you stay consistent and patient
By doing so, you will be seeing results in no time!
